Margetsons collects information through surveys, during transactions, and in any contact with our clients and customers. This information is in five categories: Contact details, delivery information, payment information, customer/client service and marketing statistics. Contact details are personal information that is used to recognise each client or customer and to contact about product paid for. Delivery information is the billing address and shipping address and well as any instructions to delivery, this is all used for sending products or information based on transactions (in case of the sale of a service). Payment information is any details that assist in payments, these are the most secure are only used to process the payment and are not used or kept by Margetsons except in summary form to recognize in case of refunding. Customer/client service information is any part of communication to and from Margetsons so as to better understand and keep track of all complaints, compliments and comments. Marketing statistics are information regarding transactions and are not necessarily kept in regards to customer’s details but are for Margetsons to better organize the site and market and advertise. This also can include information used for promotion where that promotion is acceptable to the customers it relates and maybe collected in survey as well.
Margetsons does not distribute Contact details and Delivery information to any third parties. Payment information is handled by our secure payment service and is not held except in summary by Margetsons. The rest is kept for Margetsons use with exception that it may be seen by a third party, in the case of business coaching or business mentoring of Margetsons and maybe referred to only generally to our clients when discussing their relationship to Margetsons.
You may choose to refuse to answer the information requested. However the following explains the consequences: With out contact details, payment information or shipping details, then no transaction may occur. You have the right to refuse to answer surveys or while answering survey choose to not answer certain questions. You may request Margetsons to change/ update information and ask for removal of information after any transaction. Failure to answer or fill information will always hamper Margetsons efforts in quality service and efficiency, but at any stage in communication you may request to be made aware of information that is used and ask for deletion on any such information where you see fit.
Margetsons is committed to securing information. We believe in any individuals right to privacy and freedom from marketing harassment. We endeavor to maintain a balance of communication with our clients and customers and avoid any media bombardment. If you feel harassed by Margetsons or any party related to Margetsons we ask you to immediately inform us to how and who. We will act with haste to ensure compliance of our commitment to our customers and clients. We keep all records and information, secure both online and in any written form.
We ask that in the case where you feel information is misused or privacy breached, firstly we ask to be contacted through our contact page. If then you feel that after talking to our staff that no remedy is found, then ask to speak to our manager. If again there is no resolution and you wish to seek further remedy we recommend the Office of the Mediation Adviser. This is a Federal Australian department and is independent of Margetsons.

Any third party is informed and views this policy to see how Margetsons expects them to act. If third parties are found to breach Margetsons policy, we reserve right to severe our services without refund and will only do so after two warnings. Where the Third party is removed from the site and warnings announced on the site regarding the nature and condition of any information that the third party had access. Margetsons will only seek legal action or assist in legal action only in extreme cases.

Margetsons maintains a standard of quality in the processing information to ensure this, however we can only use information as it is collected.
